It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gail Roethel of Fayetteville, New York, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on July 9, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Whitehead and Ethel Whitehead; her sister Carolyn Wertz; her son Steven; and her niece Elizabeth.

She is survived by: her husband Harold Roethel of Jamesville, N. Y.; her brother William Whitehead of Red Oak; her daughters, Mary Frances Turnbull (Michael) of Tampa, Fla., Jennifer Roethel of Syracuse, NY and Cara Ross (Richard) of Fayetteville; and her grandson Alexander Turnbull.
