He was predeceased by: his wife Joan; his parents, Frank DeMaio and Genoeffa DeMaio; his son Frank Jr.; and his grandson Jason.
He is survived by: his children, Michael and Theresa (Leo Zacharek). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 24 great-grandchildren.
