He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Winters and Mary Donahue Winters. He is survived by: his wife Janet E. Winters; his children, Marianne Winters (Karan Parkin) of Springfield, MA, Patricia Camloh (William) of Lafayette, NY, Carol Pearson (John) of Oak Island, NC and Frank Winters Jr. (Rachel) of Glenville, NY.; and his grandchildren, Valerie Waugh (Palmatier), Jessie Palmatier, Chelsea Trim, Miriam Weddle (Camloh), Kade Parkin, Natalie Camloh, Luke Winters, Jeffrey Camloh and Colin Winters. He is also survived by sons- and daughters-in-law, and then grandchildren.
