He is survived by: his wife Linda Lowe (Rask); his children, Debra Lucarello of Yaphank, Frank Lowe (Sally) of East Syracuse and Laura Frantz (John) of Centreville, VA; his pet Tracy Lowe; his sister Elizabeth Menezes of Vienna, VA; and his friend Diner. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, two nieces and one nephew.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to the Manlius United Methodist Church in Frank's name.
