She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Skinner and Laura MacMillan Skinner. She is survived by: her sister Dorothy of Alexandria, VA; her sister-in-law Ann Skinner; and her nieces, Sharon of Colorado Springs, CO and Barbara of Bloomington, IN..

A member of the Manlius United Methodist Church and a generous supporter of the CNY Community Foundation, she was an enthusiastic traveler, avid reader and devoted to her family.
