He is survived by: his siblings, Bessie Horn of Verna Viars, Jesse Horn, Millard Horn, Tommy Horn, Bobby Horn, Gary Horn and Larry Horn; his wife Eva Mae; his siblings, Cora Mullins of Tazewell, VA, Gracie Freeman of Fayetteville and Otas J. Horn (Sandra) of Ohio; and his great-niece Jessica.
