He was predeceased by: his brother Gordon M. Madison. He is survived by: his wife Betty Madison of DeKalb, IL; and his children, Jeffrey Madison (Cindy) of Fayetteville and Judy Brame (Dan) of Libertyville, IL. He is also survived by three grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
