She is survived by: her husband Henry McIntosh; her sons, Scott McIntosh of Los Angeles and Todd McIntosh; her daughter-in-law Marni-Jo McIntosh; her grandchildren, Jana McIntosh of Fayetteville, NY. and Logan McIntosh of Fayetteville, NY.; and her sisters, Barbara Stepnowski of Southold, NY, Marylou Bednosky of Southold, NY and Patricia Devos of Crossville, TN..
