He was predeceased by: his parents, Allo Quackenbush and Hilda Quackenbush; his wife Marilyn; and his sisters, Marilyn Foss and Jean Dillon.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Joncas (Henry), Kathy Quackenbush, Carol Szczygiel (Jim) and Bill Quackenbush (Rainy); and his grandchildren, Mary, Michael Joncas, Lauren Amuzzini (Rob), Lynn Szczygiel, Carolyn and Daniel L. Quackenbush. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
