Bruce H. Virkler Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Bruce H. Virkler (Fayetteville, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 18, 2024 at the age of 78. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Bruce H. Virkler to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold E. Virkler and Kathryn Farney Virkler; and his brother-in-law Jim O'Brien. He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his children, Kimberly Higgins (Michael), Kathy Crone (John) and Jeffrey B. Virkler; his grandchildren, Austin, Christian Higgins, Andrew, Keira Crone and Grayson Virkler; and his siblings, Robert Virkler (Darlene) and Sharon O'Brien. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Eastern Hills Bible Church (8277 Cazenovia Rd, Manlius, NY 13104).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Eastern Hills Bible Church, The Vineyard Westcott Food Pantry or the Rescue Mission.
