With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Adeline O'Sullivan of Fayetteville, New York, born in Marcellus, New York, who passed away on February 15, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her significant other James H.; and her brother James Pelchy. She is survived by: her children, Terry of Manlius and William (Maureen) of Westvale; her brother Donald Pelchy; her grandchildren, William (Kyle), Mary Margaret, Kaitlin, Sarah (Terrence) and Timothy (Jacquelyn); and her great grandchildren, Madison, Olivia, Hannah, Lukas, Ayanah and Ariella. She is also survived by grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Immaculate Conception Church, 400 Salt Springs St., Fayetteville, NY 13066.
