He is survived by: his parent Bernice Excell Holt; his spouses, Jacqueline Freeman and Jackie; his children, Milton Holt (Lori) of Munnsville, Mark Holt, Montgomery "Monty" Holt (Patty) of Norwich, Harold A. Holt II (Barbie Nachtigall), Heath Hudson (Sheila) of Carthage, Heather Buell of Earlville and Jason Hudson (Sherri); his siblings, JoAnn Gray (Albert) of Sherburne, Janice Holt of Sherburne, Jinene Clark of Sherburne, Brenda Stone (James) of Sherburne and John Holt; his brother-in-law Warren Dunbar of Canastota; and his grandchildren, Madeline, Chan, Kelly, Amous, Chelsea, Justyn, Austin, Levi, Victoria, Alexis, Jack, Benjiman, Ashley, Katelynn, Alex and Taylor. He is also survived by great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
