He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia A. Kobel (Meier); his son Timothy Kobel (Lisa); and his brother Elmer "Mickey" Kobel (Janet). He is survived by: his children, Nancy Croy (Jackie), Daniel Kobel and Kathy Pratt; his stepdaughters, Marian DeGolier and Ann Mitchell (Sean); and his sisters, Norma Maue and Dorothy Volls (Robert). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
