It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bonnie Jane Rodenburg of Farmingville, New York, who passed away on February 5, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry N. Burkhalter and Ruth T. Burkhalter; her parents-in-law, Hayo and Mena Rodenburg; her husband Charlie (Charlie); and her step-niece Robin Lotane.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark Schultz, Steve Schultz (Melissa) and Jim Rodenburg (Claudine); her sister Ann; her brother-in-law Jim Fyfe; her grandchildren, Amy Gums (Tyler), Chris Schultz and Brian Schultz; and her great grandchild Ethan Gums.
Because of her love of animals, in lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to an animal welfare group of your choosing.
