He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Anson and Alice Ann Eagley (Carey); and his brother Alan Eagley. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Eagley; his sons, Billy Jr. Eagley (Stacy Polmanteer) and Andy Eagley (Ashley Smith); his granddaughters, Lilly Joseph and Hannah Eagley; and his siblings, Anson Eagley (Amy), Kevin Eagley (Amy) and Karen Kommer (Mark). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
