He is survived by: his children, Gregory Phillips (Sally), Karen Andross (Edward), Lisa Spittal (Andrew), Wendy Rayner (Anthony), Jennifer Welch (Steven) and Martha Vickery (Jeffrey); his sister Arlene Phillips; and his parents, Raymond Phillips and Verna Phillips (Bowerman). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
