He was predeceased by : his parents, Gordon Henry and Carol Henry. He is survived by : his wife Diane; his daughter Bethanie McCarthy (Nicole); his grandson Declan McCarthy; his siblings, Robert Henry (LuAnn) and Karen Bush; and his cousin Paul (Joyce). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
