She was predeceased by: her former husband Harold Hopper; her son Justian Rugg; and her granddaughters, Stephanie Miller and Andrea Rugg. She is survived by: her children, Starr Balliet (Elwood), Ray Rugg, Jr., Miles Rugg (Donna), Keith Rugg (Maria), Lennie Rugg (Donna Taylor), Regina Rugg (Sam Oswald), Kittie Palmer, Nettie Rugg (Scott Grant), Marie Stivers (Pete Crespo), Patty Artley, David Daggett, Billy Williams and Princess. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; many friends.
