Glenn L. Altmire Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Glenn L. Altmire of Farmington, New York, who passed away on August 30, 2022 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Joyce Schneider and Richard Altmire; his sister-in-law Nancy Altmire; and his parents, Jesse Altmire and Elizabeth Anna Loson Altmire.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Dier; his daughters, Cindy (John Harris) of Bloomfield and Cathy Lyons (Richard Conoyer) of Pittsford; his grandchildren, Emily (Graham), Bryan (Nicole), Christopher and McQuade; his great grandchildren, Henry and Nico; his siblings, Betty LaDue (Keith Gary) of Castorland and Raymond Altmire of Rochester; and his siblings-in-law, Lila Altmire and Bruce Schneider. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
