She was predeceased by : her husband Howard Schaller; and her brothers, Richard Majors and Michael Majors. She is survived by : her children, Joni Schaller and Pamela Schaller; her grandchildren, Romello Williams, Matthias Williams of Buffalo and Philomena Burger of Perry; her brothers, James Majors of Baltimore and Stephen Majors (Todd Leavitt) of Takoma Park; her aunt Constance Alexander of Batavia; her uncle Hunter Alexander of Batavia; her nieces and nephews, Sarah Millman of Towson, Rick Majors (Megan) of Phoenix, Jamie Siangco (Malia) of Hawaii, Michael Hixenbaugh of Lockport, Claudia Leavitt-Majors and Shoshana Leavitt-Majors of Takoma Park; and also, Colleen Ware of Oakfield, Sean Alexander of Alexandria, Santa Majors of Batavia and Gordon Shillea of Batavia.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing may make a memorial donation in Denise's name to their local food bank.
