She was predeceased by: her mother Marcella Wille Walczak; and her brother Stephen Walczak. She is survived by: her father Eugene Patrick Walczak; her son Adam Jemmott; her siblings, Michael E. Walczak (Vickie) of Cortland, NY, Gregory L. Walczak (Anne Marie) of Oswego, NY, Mary Diane Walczak of Geneva and Susan Ann Walczak (Laloni Patterson) of Rochester, NY; and her sister-in-law Mary Margaret Jepsen (Darwin) of Bluff Point, NY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
