He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodoros Thanasas and Chrysoula Thanasas. He is survived by: his sons, Theodore and Aristotle; his daughters-in-law, Jaclyn and Nicole; his grandchildren, Lilyana, Nicholas, Marco, Damon and Serafina; and his brothers, Thanasis, Dimitris, Panayotis and Elias.
