She was predeceased by: her parents, Gladys Loan and Earl Van Loan; her husband Daniel Martens; and her siblings, Lawrence Van Loan and Joyce Robinson.
She is survived by: her sisters, Patricia Herrnkind and Jeanne Hulse; her brother-in-law John Hulse; her nieces and nephews, Wendy Hammond, Donna Herrnkind, Pamela Donovan, Karen Anthony, James Robinson, Christopher Van Loan, Jason Van Loan and Donald Blum; her stepchildren, Linda Fontana, Donna Booher and Daniel Martens; and her grandsons, Gary and Charles.
