She was predeceased by: her husband Walter O'Keefe. She is survived by: her son John; her grandchildren, Brendan, Mallory and Maeve; her great grandchild Kristen; and her sisters, Catherine, Margaret Cullinan (James) and Mary. She is also survived by her family and friends.
