He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Anthony (Tara), Fred Catapano (Claudia), Alexis Catapano and Nicole Ramirez (James); and his brothers, Alex (Barbara), Robert and John Hart (Fagiolo). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
