He was predeceased by: his grandson Louis. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Fountain; his children, Candace (Bryan), Timothy (Elizabeth), Erin (Pat) and Annie (Bryan); his sister Marie Short; his grandchildren, Chris, Sean, Cassandra (Paul), Ailise, Robert (Brittaney), Timothy Jr., Sarah, Meagan (Nathaniel), Brandon, Emmalynne, Eliano, Faith and Abigayle; his great grandchild Jaxon; and his siblings, Cathleen, Denise, Wynn, Maureen and Ray.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 10:45 AM at the St Kilian RC Church (485 Conklin St, Farmingdale, NY 11735).

In lieu of flowers the family kindly requests donations to be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Tunnels to Towers Foundations.
