He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Carroll and Loretta Carroll; his brother Lester; his son Kenneth; and his son-in-law John Giovanniello.
He is survived by: his children, Mary DeClemente (Richard) of Tarpon Springs, Florida, Robert Carroll (Joanne) of Easton, PA, Laraine Giovanniello of Medford, NY, Lynn Gilbert (Todd) of Kerhonkson, NY and Lisa Ernst (Charles) of Hightstown, NJ.; his grandchildren, Robert, Kasey, Kara, Dawn, Carla, Connor, Charlie, Jack, Tyler and Claire; his great grandchildren, Christopher, Jonathan, Julie, Sean, Emma, Grant, Grace, Gerald and Gianluca; and his brothers, Charles Carroll, James Carroll, Thomas Carroll and John Carroll (Linda). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
