He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Jeffrey Gick and Jean Gick; and his sister Katrina (Dan).

Visitation was held on Friday, June 28th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Oceanside Chapel at the James Funeral Home. A funeral service was held on Friday, June 28th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, June 29th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the Pinelawn Memorial Park (2030 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, NY 11735).
