We are sad to announce that on May 24, 2022, at the age of 88, Anthony Paul Varanouskas Jr. (Farmingdale, New York), born in Brooklyn, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Ernestine. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Shaffer; his sister Marianne; his children, Deborah, Peter Cooney, Paul, Colette Varanouskas, Sue, Rick Vivaldi, Donna, Richard Cerreta, Cindy, Doug Veritgan and Tarrie Vogel; and his grandchildren, Caitlin Cooney, Megan Cooney (Joshua Smith), Timothy Burger, Jeff Berg, Ricky, Megan Cerreta, Christina, Jason Scheuring, Amanda Vogel, Gregory and Kayla Vogel. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
