He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Cholakis and Maria Cholakis; his wife Betty; and his siblings, John, Billy and Anna.
He is survived by: his children, Mariann, Artie, John (Tracey) and Gena Gore (Adam); and his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Gregory (Maeghan), Patricia Cholakis and Mila Gore.
