He was predeceased by: his parents, C. J. Rudolph and Telka Anderson Miller; and his brothers, Rudy and Dave Miller. He is survived by: his wife Janet E. Sears Miller; his children, Randy Miller of Falconer and Julie Harper (Nathan Thomas) of Jamestown; and his grandchildren, Rachael Harper, Kamryn Harper and David Thomas. He is also survived by family, neighbors, and friends.
