With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sylvia A. Stowell (Falconer, New York), born in Buffalo, New York, who passed away on August 14, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her foster parents, Henry Ellis and Mabel Ellis; and her sister Shirley V. Eppard. She is survived by: her children, Karl Germain (Donna) of Bemus Point and Kathryn Fox (Danny) of Falconer; her grandchildren, Brian Fox of Falconer, Ashley Kaczar (Ryan) of Bemus Point, Austin Germain (Kelly) of Tampa, FL and Aaron Germain (Haley); and her great grandchildren, Ayla, Cash, Veda, Ryla, Kora Kaczar and Germain.
