He was predeceased by: his parents, George Campbell and Josephine Saulsgiver Campbell; his siblings, Donald Campbell, James Campbell and Delores Maynard; and his daughter-in-law Karen Campbell.

He is survived by: his wife Josephine A. Polizzi Campbell; his children, Debra Santolla (Robert) of Florida, Thomas D. Campbell (Lori Fitzpatrick) of Falconer, Richard G. Campbell of California and Russell L. Campbell (Janice Gee Barrus) of Fredonia; and his sister Jean Anderson (Clair) of Frewsburg. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be donated to the American Parkinson's Foundation, P. Box 61420, Staten Island, NY 10306.
