He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Doud and Sadie Hadley Doud; his wife Alice J. Colburn Doud; and his brothers, Richard, Calvin, Wilbur and Jesse Doud.

He is survived by: his children, Irv Doud (Deborah) of Randolph, Donald Doud (Janet) of Ellington and Nila Kaltenbach (Harry) of Gerry; his grandchildren, Scott Doud (Tina), Todd Doud (Julie), Gregory Doud (Charidy), Joann Barrus (Tim), Carrie Beckman (Derek), Holly Musall (Steve) and Corry Kaltenbach (Ashley); and his brother James Archie Doud (Jennifer) of Ohio.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be donated to Chautauqua County Hospice, and the Ellington Fire Department, or a Charity of One's Choice.
