She is survived by: her husband Brian Muirhead; her siblings, Terri Wappat (Joshua Schupp) and Daniel Matecki (Pamela McAdams); her nieces and nephews, Jenavin, Braydyn, Corinne Wappat, Andrea Gunnell (Brian), Reid Matecki, Matthew and Samantha Lonzinski; and her great-nephews, Jeffrey and Ripp Gunnell.
The family is asking any memorials to be made to Love, Inc., the Gateway Center or the Suicide Prevention Alliance of Chautauqua County.
