He is survived by: his wife Marie; his daughter Beverly; his granddaughter Miranda; his mother Lucille Garofalo; his sister Donna Garofalo; his nephews, Joshua and Gabriel Garofalo; his niece Alasia Garofalo of Falconer; his sister Rebecca Moore (Terry); his nieces and nephews, Hannah Moore of Conewango Valley, Monique Siebert, Philippe and Julien Maignan of Falconer; his siblings, David Garofalo (Lorraine) of Salisbury, NC, Douglas Garofalo of Danbury, CT and Sarah Garofalo of Moosup, CT.; his children, Austin Garofalo of Jamestown and Amber Garofalo of Lockport; his granddaughter Katie; and his stepchildren, Daniel Keirstead (Gracy), Kate Bland (Kent) of Eldorado Springs, MO and Jessicah Dorsett (Albert) of Uncasville, CT.. He is also survived by other step grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
