She was predeceased by: her parents, Elton Butts and Katherine Deming Butts; her husband Alfred M. Chapman; and her daughter Cynthia McCandless. She is survived by: her children, Barbara Sauer (Robert) of Falconer, Wayne Chapman (Brenda) of Kennedy, Gloria Waite of Chambersburg, PA, Rhonda Morrison (Richard) of Falconer and Sherwood Chapman (Patty) of Kennedy; her son-in-law Charles McCandles of Daytona Beach, FL; her grandchildren, James Burdic Jr. (Yukiko), Tricia Wolfe (Arthur), Michelle Chaffin (Donald), Tonya Smith (Patrick), Matthew Chapman, Heather Smallman (Patrick), Jennifer Lincoln (Jason), Todd Morrison (Katie), Paul Overturf, Crystal Smith (Kelly), Melissa Kuhns (David) and Christina Paris; her stepgranddaughters, Linda Boutelle, Wendy Giddy, Julie Norton and Laura Waite; and her sister June Locke of Lakewood. She is also survived by 32 great grandchildren.
