He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Kreutz and Sandra Kreutz; his sister Kamilyn Kreutz; his nephews, Richard Martin and Zachary Martin (Katlyn); his great-nieces, Ariannah, Sabien, Bayle and Elizabeth; his great-nephew Ethan; and his aunt Donna Hooks (Gary).
