He was predeceased by: his father Jack Waddington; his grandparents, Richard, Carmella McMaster, Frank and Mabel Waddington; and his close friend Kevin Humphreys.
He is survived by: his mother Donna L. McMaster Waddington of Falconer; his son Jack Waddington of Falconer; and his brothers, Robbie Waddington (Sarah) of Falconer and Chad Waddington (Andrea) of Jamestown. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
