With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James D. Higgs Sr. of Falconer, New York, born in Brocton, New York, who passed away on October 12, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Levy Higgs and Marie Dayton Higgs; his wife Beverly Forbes Higgs; and his daughter Vicky Higgs. He is survived by: his children, James Higgs Jr. (Sue), Timothy Higgs (Pat), Rebecca Baggiano Higgs (Dennis) and Holly Horton (Scott Harris). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
