It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harold Carter (Falconer, New York), born in Jamestown, New York, who passed away on October 2, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Carter and Rose Blashaw Carter; his son Troy Carter; his brother Gerald "Butch" Carter; and his half-brother John Mason.
He is survived by: his children, Todd Carter (Lori) of Kennedy and Tracy VanEvery (Duane) of North Carolina; his stepchildren, Darell Gross (Dawn) of Sinclairville, Rusty Gross (Tina) of Cassadaga, Terri Garbart (David) of Frewsburg, Laurie Triscarri of Jamestown and Cindy Cassista (Alphee); his grandchildren, Mitchell Carter, Baleigh Carter, Jordan Carter (Amanda), Josh Carter (Carrie), Kristen Carter, Katelyn Carter, Hillary Babcock and Joelyn Martin; his brother Jim Carter of Kennedy; and his half-siblings, Paul Mason (Jeanette) of Frewsburg, Dorothy Anderson of Jamestown and Virginia Josephson of Jamestown. He is also survived by several step grandchildren, three great grandchildren; step great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
