He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick F. Sr and Mary Jane Pangborn Edington Sr.; and his siblings, Charlotte M. Markham, Virginia, Ruby, Esther, Fred, Robert and James Edington.
He is survived by: his wife Genevieve C. Edington (Ferry) of Falconer; his children, Cindy Farris (John) of Millersport, Ohio, Jeanne Ruiz (Sergio) of California, George W. Edington Jr. (Carrie) of Ellington, NY and Fred Edington (Karen) of Williston, Florida; his grandchildren, Josh, Heather, Kelly, Danny, Chris, Leticia, George III, Melissa, Sarah, Amy, Tami, Jami, Stephanie and Scott; his great grandchildren, Abigail, Jacob, Sophia, John Henry, Ryleigh, Angel, Aylissa, Brooklyn, Peyton, Carson, Cooper, Kai, Mason, Jaxson, Colton, Trinitee, Hailey, Shawn, Avery, Eilaina, Tyler, Emily, Donavin, Alexis, Nathan and Sydney Textor; his siblings, Thomas Edington (Linda) of Jamestown and Pauline Schoning of Erie, PA; and his sister-in-law Dorothy Edington of Gowanda. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
