Short (Falconer, New York), born in Jamestown, New York, who passed away on May 11, 2018, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent James H.; his wife Beatrice L. Benson Short; his grandson Stephen L. Short; his children-in-law, Cindy Short and Jeffrey Anderson; and his siblings, James Short, Malcolm Short, Cecil Short, Pauline Vendur, Rosalind Bird and Virginia Zindler.
He is survived by: his parent Florence Walker Short; his children, James C. Short of Kennedy, Gloria Anderson of Jamestown, John E. Short (Mary) of Jamestown, Kay E. VanMorkhoven (Marcel) of Winter Haven, FL, Thomas L. Short of Falconer and Alan M. Short of Jamestown; his grandchildren, Christopher Short (Tina), Brandon Short (Jessica), Emily Macey (Sean), Alyssa Anderson, Carolyn Short, Michael Short, Leasen Limberg (Jared), Nicholas Anderson (Angela), Angela Southwick, Rachael Short and George Short (Caity); and his great grandchildren, Jacob, Chloe, Veronica Short, Jayde Short, Chase, Erik, Linnea Macey, Evelyn, Myra, Caroline, Andrew Limberg, Cole, Kate, Jaqueline Anderson, Carter Bastedo, Elliott Cerrie, Spencer Short and Cayden Collins Besides.
