He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Hitchcock and Joanne Moore. He is survived by: his wife Sharon L. Casler Hitchcock; his daughter Theresa Knight (Brad) of Poland, Ohio; his grandchildren, Megan Todd, Brandon Spiesman (Ashley) and Katelyn Knight; his great grandchildren, Olivia, Ava, Nora, Evan and Max; and his siblings, Virgal Boyer of Michigan and Roxanne Hitchcock of Oil City, PA..

Memorials may be donated to the Chautauqua County Humane Society, 2825 Strunk Rd., Jamestown, NY 14701.
