He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Marsh and Ruth Marsh (Chase); his sister Alberta Cherry; and his brothers-in-law, Charles Schayler and James Cherry.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Potter; his children, Misty Potter (Drew Bennett) of Olean and Justin M. Marsh of Falconer; his siblings, Clifford Marsh (Marie) of Sidney, NY, Elizabeth Schayler of Franklinville, Hope Phillips of Little Valley, Norman Marsh (Charlyn) of Little Valley and Brenda Rivetti (James) of Olean; and his grandson Ethan Potter.
