He was predeceased by: his parents, Gail Muntz and Nora Muntz. He is survived by: his son Jason Muntz (Jill) of Randolph; his great grandchild Bryan A. Muntz of Colorado Springs, CO; and his siblings, Dennis Muntz (Jill) of Busti, James Muntz (Mary) of Frewsburg, Michael Muntz (Roberta) of Russell, PA and Kelly Pattyson (Randy) of Sinclairville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
