He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Hotchkiss and Edith Hotchkiss. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia R. Norberg Hotchkiss; his daughters, Kathleen Sherman (Jassen) of Falconer and Susanne Stone (James) of Bemus Point; his grandchildren, Kevin Hanson (Ashley Gerwitz), Katlyn Martin (Zach) and Jacob Sherman; his stepgranddaughter Victoria Figueroa (Devin); his great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Ethan Martin, Serenity, Natalie, Skiegh and Ava Figueroa; and his siblings, Ronald Hotchkiss of Boca Raton and Diane Boland of Kennedy.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Falconer Fireman's Rescue Unit, Kiantone Congregational Church or a charity of one's choice.
