He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George W. Black and Anna Ruane Black; his wife Deanna S. Dallas; his father-in-law Fred Dallas; his children, Beth Ann Hocking (Daniel) of Jamestown, Robert Black of Lakewood and Timothy Black (Michelle) of Falconer; his grandchildren, Kyle Hocking (Courtney) of Powell, OH, Kacey Hocking of Buffalo, Emma Black of Pittsburgh, PA and Walker Black of Bethesda, MD; and his sister Sarah Ann Trkulja (Milo).

Due to CDC and NYS Covid 19 regulations face masks and social distancing will be observed for all services.
