It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara B. Bell (Falconer, New York), born in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 1, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert S. Bellis and Ann Louise Dessey Bellis; her husband Carl B. Bell; and her siblings, John "Jack" Bellis, Julia Ann and JoAnn Bellis.

She is survived by: her children, Deborah Walters (Don) of Celoron, Bryan Bell of Falconer and Susan Bell (Otis) of Jamestown; and her grandchildren, Tanya Walters, Tamara Houston (Shawn), Tiffany Prinzi (Mike), Jarvelle Leeper and Wayne Leeper Jr. (Amanda). She is also survived by 19 great grandchildren.
