We are sad to announce that on June 19, 2023, at the age of 94, Angeline F. Monfort (Falconer, New York), born in Jamestown, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Fantuzzo and Theresa Tollivoro; her husband Don Monfort; and her siblings, Rose Fantuzzo and David Fantuzzo.
She is survived by: her children, Debora Calkins (Ryan) of Greenhurst, Alan Monfort of Jamestown and Michele Phillips (Brian) of Gerry; and her grandchildren, Ryan Calkins (Brooke) of Jamestown, Troy Calkins (Allison) of Ardsley, NY, Alexandra Borowski (Bobby) of Buffalo, Brian Phillips (Emilene) of Buffalo, Seth Phillips (Amanda) of North Tonawanda, Daniel Phillips (Kristen) of Tampa, FL and Breann Trent (Jason) of Gerry. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
